• Rooksha sweda
Fomentation treatment done with medicated powder kizhi / cloth boluses so as to address the local pain and inflammation

• Shamana Snehapana
Internal administration of medicated ghee in progressively increasing dose on the physicians discretion so as to suit the patient

Shashtikashali Pinda Sweda
Shashtika Rice cooked in Balamoola kashaya is made into kizhi / cloth boluses. Applies to whole body done instrumenting these boluses after dipping them in warm milk media.

Therapeutic emesis done with appropriate Ayurvedic medicine followed with strict dietary regimens
